Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3pm (UTC+8)β will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:

- Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based item weight.Β
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the Australia Post/Startrack website or directly in your account on our website.
Address Accuracy Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Missing or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at farsports@cyclemotion.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
